I get a headache if I drink a few glasses of wine. Champagne too.
Any advice for drinking wine or champagne and avoiding a headache?

I wouldn't dare giving medical advice without license ...even if I stayed at Holiday Inn Express.

Are you by any chance Asian? This usually happens with Asians more than with anybody.
Something about lack of enzyme which helps absorbing alchohol.

Drink more water, before and after you drink the wine.

If a hangover is the problem, take one aspirin or tylenol tablet with a big glass of water before you hit the sheets. It's not a great idea to take pain meds while having alcohol in your system, but if it's just once in a blue moon it won't hurt you, and it works.

If you still get the headaches I'd probably suggest just not drinking wine anymore. :D

Serge any chileans you like? Living in central america at least 60% of the wine section is either chilean or argentinian... I drink a bottle a day of some various pretty cheap reds, but I was wondering if there's something I could pick for a special occasion.
