you and CS team are unfortunatelly obviously located in a different time zone which is probably the reason of that 'couple of hours' delay.
CS support is running on E.U. time and those guys are honestly trying their best to help every user in trouble immediately. as for your message from yesterday, it must have hit their mail box during the night. As I am sure they replied in the morning the thing should be already solved a while ago.
