Yeah... he did seem very jaded YouTube, but at his owners as well (because his videos were removed from YT). Also I couldn't tell if it was a skit or not with Penn, sure looked like Colbert was pissed at the guy.

I think he got pissed at Penn for sure. What I found interesting is that Penn (and apparently the congressman he was going to interview) don't understand his humor.

It looks that way. He was pissed at youtube for exploitation and he was pissed off at his parent company for making youtube pull his videos. It was a weird episode to be sure, especially with the Penn sketch.
