they tried to pass a law here in georgia a while back regarding this issue

problem was, part of the law also stated that female genital piercings were considered genital mutilation

they fucked the law up big time, and it didn't pass because they tried to wrap that piercing thing in with it

Could be....I also think that it's very hard for a 2 year old to actually recalle when thsi occur to her...I thought a child's earliest memories are from age 3?
