I've mailed them several times, one time I got a response from someone called Linda then I mail her back and nothing. This is getting beyond a joke.

How do I set this up?

I have signed up more than once. I had e-mailed them I do not know how many times. I received their deposits in my bank account. Confirmed it. Then contacted Michael who said he would refer to the techs, and then get back to me.

None of that happened.

I finally just gave up.
