Ruth is correct. While your processor may require a 2257 statement on your site (this is actually a Visa IPSP regulation) the law does not require 2257 documentation on a cartoon as they obviously do not exist. We have a statement on all our sites simply to remain consistent.

That said, if one had a bunch of children cartoons on their site, I'm sure the FBI would have something to say about it.
