Ahh STFU. The cops were wrong to turn the dog loose. If the guy had a gun then he would have shot the dog and then the cops have to shoot.
They wanted to shoot so they push the situation to that point.
I'm agruing about procedure, but once I use the word "black" you hit the roof. Why? Because that's all it's about to you.
You can't see how stupid it was to turn the dog loose because your're blinded by black...that's all you can see.
Precedent...yeah, if a court rules that police should realease a dog under these circumstances then they will do it more often. So people like you, who think this is smart because you only see black, are subjecting yourself to the same procedure in the future.
If you don't understand that then you're just stupid and need to go back to school.
