You sure it was a sale and not a webmaster refer? If you refer a webmaster it will show up as 1 sale with $0 (NATS) once that webmaster makes sales you get a cut.

Why wouldn't they have said that then instead of saying they had to rebuild their MySQL tables. Pretty odd to come back and say it was a MySQL problem if it wasn't.

Cause once the NATS MySql table get repaired all they have to do is resend the biller data and everything get restored to the way it was.

But anyways, im saying it could maybe have been a webmaster refer. ..*shrugs*

i dont know how it would be a webmaster referall when there is a completely different section for referal stats.. plus when the sale occured i was emailed with "You've made a sale" type email.

I've never seen NATS reflect a webmaster referral in the sales column of my stats.

Just FYI, This issue was resolved. What was it?

CCBill Affiliate ID being used was the main ccbill id, not the one generated under panchodog.

The sale showed his main ccbill id in the ccbill admin, which no credit was generated since it was not the id for the Panchodog program. He has updated is profile and any new sales should be credited.

What happened to his sale? CCbill has no way to credit an affilite for using the incorrect affiilate id. So we just paypal'd him.
