Nah. Most of the acts on that list are not prosecutable obscenity in most places in the first place. Ashooooo might be planning some prosecutions, but these clown's aren't going to affect them either way.

They will probably end up annoying Federal prosecutors with loads of spam.

You want dangerous, look at Tom Delay, Trent Lott, George Bush, JC Watts, and the rest of the Republican leadership whose political careers are largely built upon pandering to religious fanatics. In fact, most of them *are* religious fanatics.

It wasn't meant as a call for hysterics, only and advocation for awareness.

The fact is that the people you mentioned are heavily swayed by the religious moral right...and those people are getting organized to put pressure on those people swayed by that pressure.
