If you go to www.idreamofjana.com, there are links to other paysites in the program in the "My Friends Space Top 8!" section. It's the same sponsor, but not sure if the affiliate would get credit for sales made on one of the other sites.

I tried asking CheeseFrogFlow directly, but their contact page is 404.

Hard to tell, depends on how sales are tracked (Cookie, URL, etc.)
