I figured it out when I send links to nude pics of myself and the people didn't respond.

I have been very frustrated sending links to icq users. I use trillian and everything is fine. I am getting tired of sending an email for a simple link. I wish there was a fix for this.

Problem has been around for years... its a conflict between different ICQ versions, at least it was. Maybe this is a new problem popping up now.

If the person ismt on my list i see the msgs but no links, once added i can see links

Their spam filter is inda fucked... and if the person isn't on your contact list links don't get through.
