            That was my experience in the beginning, too. After excuses after excuse (the power was out, we didn't get your mail, we've been on vacation), I just ended up saying "fuck it" for a few months, then trying again. Better results a few months later.

                    I'm pretty sure it was random .. this was some time ago. The problem was the wait. They were booked into next year at the time, and it was only like .. July. There's a fairly long wait, and you can't "jump" the queue for more money, AFAIK.

                            also franck, last time i consulted them they were selling Spot 1, then Spots 2-5, Spots 5-10, etc.

                            also, spot 1 is daily i believe and spots 2-etc. are weekly i think.
