    I can see that happening quite easily..many people are paranoid to do online banking already..They need to stiffen the penalty's for that shit..like drastically

      but who will enforce it? unlike poker, there is really no means to kill spyware programs and no government can police it.

              They need to go after the advertisers, i'm sure that if I tried to advertise for profit on a bus that was stolen and I knew it was stolen but advertised anyway they would find something to charge me with.
