is this stuff actually legal? i mean if you dont have the models id and model release form how can you sell the content to someone else? the reason i ask is because when we go out and get drunk and videotape concerts we always find some crazy girls to videotape after the shows with the extra footage and i could film some to sell, but if theres any legal issues involved i would stay away.
i know plenty of people who sell videos who nude events like the Kappa Beach PArty..which in essence noone signs a release...it sells over 50k a year on VHS..and it hasnt even made DVD yet..
yeah the girls are carded, but how can you prove it? i know tons of underage girls that get into the bars. also what if some girl is 17, getting on the sex offenders list for a lifetime isnt exactly something i want to do.

Any one know anywhere?
Looking for video, not pics.
Thanks in Advance.
I offer New Orleans flashing tapes and am the only person covering the Bourbon Street action year around. I tape in miniDV and master on DV tape.
My main site (with contact info at the bottom of the pages) is www.iiiii.com. Check it out and see if I'm offering anything that's useable.

Yes, it is. A lot of confusion exists in the industry because the rules are different for this material, as compared to photo shoots.
For one thing, if they appear in a documentary of public behavior, they are subjects not models. Civil recourse can be sought by the subject only if their image is used to promote the sale of the videos. Otherwise, newspapers would require releases of every identifiable person appearing in a publication.
They are also 18 U.S.C. 2257 exempt as long as the material is vetted of simulated or graphic sexual content.
Of course, some companies that offer this material do cross the line, and get caught at times. But, as long as the producer restricts himself to real (as in unstaged) public display in crowd settings, does not mix the material with XXX material, hires models to appear in any promotional materials and generally approaches the matter as alternative news coverage (which it is, I'm actually a card carrying member of the press)- the work is completely legal.
I am in Lake Havasu shooting the exact content you are looking for. The sandbar was closed this 4th of July weekend but we have been in Copper Canyon all week shooting. The girls are beautiful out here.
We will be in Vancouver next week. We lease the content if you are interested.

Sure its legal. Girlsgonewild have already won the case and the ruling will apply to all cases of this type. If you run around naked in a public place, you are fully aware someone might capture it on video or camera, so its your fault and responsibility according to the ruling.

not to mention ALL of the chicks on the street during mardi gras, spring break, etc. none of them are carded..

so you're saying topless 16 and 17 year old chicks are ok as long as they don't look like (simulating or actual) they're sucking or fucking? interesting.
Hey, we have EXACTLY what you're looking for I believe. The plugin is called Porn in Public. It has about $200,000 in content available for lease starting at $250 a month.
Email me for a password, I'll send you one to check it out. We're currently backending just about all the other major voyeur sites, you'll need to have it if this is your focus. For references, please contact me and I'll point you to some of the largest programs that are carrying our content. I'm sure any of them would be more than happy to speak to you.
The feeds are produced entirely by us and we have been using them for our VirtuBucks sites such as cyberbabes.com for almost SEVEN years (our 7th birthday is in two weeks).
Shoot me an email to mike AT virtucon DOT net and I'll get you a demo and references if you would like. If you're ready, we can have you live very quickly. Additional questions can be answered at VirtuContent.com.

No offense intended, but have you ever read the law that is 18 U.S.C. 2257?

yes i did.. have you had a lawyer look over it?
i understand it says acts of sex.. which doesn't sound like nudity, so why hasn't someone gotten the balls to publish underage chicks just "hanging around" naked but not looking like they want to fuck?
if the law doesn't forbid naked underage girls what the hell is everyone so messed up about? i completely understand your reasoning but it seems a little.. strange that it wouldn't be called out specifically in the 2257 code either..

Theres lots of sites like that. Where have you been? They are legal, but looked down upon in the industry.
