is this stuff actually legal? i mean if you dont have the models id and model release form how can you sell the content to someone else? the reason i ask is because when we go out and get drunk and videotape concerts we always find some crazy girls to videotape after the shows with the extra footage and i could film some to sell, but if theres any legal issues involved i would stay away.I host with VacaresComment

Civil recourse can be sought by the subject only if their image is used to promote the sale of the videos. Otherwise, newspapers would require releases of every identifiable person appearing in a publication.
They are also 18 U.S.C. 2257 exempt as long as the material is vetted of simulated or graphic sexual content.
Of course, some companies that offer this material do cross the line, and get caught at times.
