just do a google for IE7 crack. Again this is illegal, but you will find someone who has cracked the authentication on it.

I installed IE7 on a laptop today. The GUI layout is really strange compared to IE6's and not very intuitive.

Only thing really significant I could find is tabs like FF.

Also seems a few things you can't customize that you'd want to customize.
