poor dude :(

Manowar 10-23-2006 07:10 PM

for someone like him with the money to treat it the best way possible, it makes you wonder what it is like for normal people to have it

eroswebmaster 10-23-2006 07:19 PM

Normally he takes medicine that helps him to control that..but for the purposes of the dramatic effect, when appearing before congress, and on PSA's he doesn't take them.

Orfeux 10-23-2006 07:29 PM

omg! :( poor fox!

vvq 10-23-2006 07:40 PM

one of my favorite actors. really sad to see what this disease has done to him.

GrouchyAdmin 10-23-2006 07:43 PM

...and nobody believed me that time travel was frought with peril!

notabook 10-23-2006 07:49 PM

I don't understand the whole debate on using dead babies for research purposes. They will end up in equivocal dumpsters for fuck's sake! Abortions, illegal or legal, will continue until the end of humanity. At least put their sacrifice to use.

DaddyHalbucks 10-23-2006 08:04 PM

He is in tough shape. Poor guy.

CaptainHowdy 10-23-2006 09:00 PM

That was really saddening... I grew up watching this guy's flics.

Paul Markham 10-23-2006 09:29 PM

I expected a lot worse.

It's amazing how some Americans are all in favour of every possible technical advance when it comes to killing people, but clutch a bible and wave it like some 14th Century Pope when it comes to using medical advances to saving people.

Just my off track thinking.

I said SOME Americans and not all or even a lot, so please no Anti American shit please.

Wiggles 10-23-2006 09:35 PM

poor Michael J Fox, great comedian and actor. i really hope they do find a cure, he is sure working hard for it.

Spankys Teens 10-23-2006 09:38 PM

too bad but don't forget that he's not the only one.
ps i get the feeling that the stars only do something when they actually have something themselves...if they don't then they don't give a fuck.
What I don't like about it, is the fact that they come out on commercials saying
"As you know, I've always supported the cancer foundation" bla bla bla.
When in fact they've supported breast cancer foundation when they heard that they were positive. Thats fuck up

Some patients use a sort of electronic stimulator that calms some of the effects and makes the patient more normal. Turning it off (using a mag swipe over the patch under the skin) will often give a result similar to what you see on this video.

Rush Limbaugh should be ashamed of himself. MJF basically put the (some would say ugly) truth out there for all to see. Rush just spends time gunning down the messanger, hopnig that nobody will pay attention to the message.

The sooner the republicans get pushed out and Rush gets pushed off the air, the sooner America will come back to being really compassionate, not just that bullshit that Bush spouts (and then ignores).

HAPPYPEEKERS 10-23-2006 09:47 PM

So very sad :-(

GlamourGirlContent 10-23-2006 10:56 PM

Holy shit!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Drake 10-23-2006 11:00 PM

Brutal condition

seeric 10-23-2006 11:01 PM

i thought he was a canadian?

anyhow sucks to see him like that when i used to watch him so charismatic on tv when i was a kid.

sad thing is we are many years away from the stem cell thing should the tides turn in his favor. by the time a cure can even be thought about and researched with stem cell science he won't be able to reap the benefits from it. his condition is worsening fast.

LiveDose 10-23-2006 11:03 PM

Sad but he's got a lot of guts to stay in the public eye.:thumbsup

bobby666 10-23-2006 11:07 PM

I am for stem cell research too for curing Juvenile Diabetics like my daughter.

I wish her the best. I think that research will continue in other parts of the world even if the U.S. continues its blind march down the straight and narrow road of religious extremism.

V_RocKs 10-24-2006 05:47 AM

My sounds was turned off.... Was he speaking Daffy Duck??

Project-Shadow 10-24-2006 05:54 AM

If he desperately wanted stem cell he could go abroad. I think Singapore uses stem cells and its quite successful.

rodney25 10-24-2006 07:48 AM

I pity that guy. I wish he could still find cure to his desease. :(

Natalia.Taffarel 10-24-2006 08:04 AM

CherryLipsRosa 10-24-2006 08:46 AM

What you are watching is not Parkinson's disease and this ad is disingenuous.

So because he's suffering the effects of treatment it doesn't count?
