so looks like the most you guys have no idea about the difference between whickey and bourbon - Beam is not a whisky - just for the record.
anyway I like tullamore dew and reallt the top choise is Talisker for me

amen! bourbon is a sad fucking attempt at whiskey. except wild turkey. that is about the only good bourbon.

asking what my favorite whiskey is is like asking me to pick my favorite car or band. there are so many different types that i like for many different reasons.

my favorite blend is Midleton. 200+ dollars a bottle. made by the company that distills jameson. strictly a whiskey to drink on the rocks or neat.

my favorite pure pot still is far and away Red Breast 12 year. exceptionally smooth and flavorful.

if i am going to mix, i go with bushmills.

and i plead with you. stop drinking garbage like jack daniels, jim beam, etc... get yourself a bottle of fine irish whiskey like jameson, bushmills, powers, red breast etc. my people invented whiskey, i think we know what we're doing.

I have two bottles of bushmills and a bottle of jameson downstairs, I love em both

certainly two of the best. especially for the price. and each with their own unique qualities.

that is why i never get tired of drinking whiskey. there are so many choices that are all so different.

i need to pickup a bottle of bushmills. i only have a bottle of jameson and midleton right now, and it is apple cider season. one of my absoulte favorite drinks is bushmills and cider.

overall though, a glass with some ice is my favorite way to drink any real whiskey.

i have a soft spot for crown...

southern comfort, not reallya whiskey but a great drink mixed with coke (coca-cola :))

the ten year is excellent. i don't mix any whiskies except regular jameson and bushmills though. anything else deserves nothing less than ice. :)

the only bushmills i have tried and wasn't really a fan of was the black bush. i am not so much a fan of the sherry oloroso casks they age it in. but i think soon i will give it another try. the last time i had ti was probably about two years ago, and my palete has developed alot since then.

this is my wall of whiskey. i keep the bottle of everything i like for future reference.

and this is the midleton. if you ever feel like spoiling yourself i would highly reccomend it. it's quite exspensive, but well worth every cent.
