Support must be brilliant and proven. I will search the forums and google to check the host's reputation.
I am after a long term relationship, as I create and host 4 large commercial websites a month in addition to what I already host.
I just moved most of my sites a week ago and the VPS was offline more times than I could count. The new host was totally inept and kept blaming everything and everyone except Osama Bin Laden, so I am looking again and want to make a decision quickly. Lucky I have a good programmer who sorted throught the shit with this host. - My sites were down for 30 hours.

My sites include several porn and mostly mainstream commercial accounts, totalling around 20 websites. 10 of these are joomla websites. Only two (porn websites) create a high demand. One is Justfilthy.com (non joomla) and literarymetro.com (mambo).
