We had an affiliate ask me if they are getting credit for upsells from one join page to another subaccounts. I said yes I have had this set since we started FTV. Turns out there is a setting in the affiliate set up that you can "enable" and the function is still not really active.(even though you assume its going to be working) You need to call CCBill so they can get in the form admin of subaccounts and change something in a drop down box. I was on the phone with CCBill and we do not see this in our client admin. You need to make sure that both are turned on for affiliates to get credit for upsells and only one of which you can see. Some of our subaccounts were enable and some were not. This is to make sure that all your accounts are turned on.I am not flaming anyone here. This is a FYI to make sure that affiliates are getting credit for their upsells. CCBill sponsors please call and make sure you have this set up properly on your subaccounts.
