how easy it was to view the videos
before people had to wait for window media play or quicktime
but they got out to the masses a flash basedplayer so people didnt have to deal with downloading the videos or waiting for the stream to load

no, nobody i know uses it. Everyone i know just icq/emails links to the videos and that's that.

We have myspace for a social network.

this is a general truth, and as long as every sucess is related to being in the right place at the right time , it does not explain the uniqueness of the concept.
