CelebrityCash.com Files Counter Suit Against Xpays - GoFuckYourself.com

Since 1997 CelebrityCash.com and its websites have established an impeccable reputation in our industry, and I'm saddened that it has come to this.

In an industry that is scrutinized by the legal system on a daily basis some of us choose to fight each other rather than work together for the good of the industry. I would have much rather spent my extra time and resources continuing to build our business rather than dealing with attorneys on a matter that could have been resolved in one phone call.

After having one of our sites shut down for a week and a continuous barrage of defamatory statements against Internet Commerce Group, CelebrityCash.com, XXXcash.com and our affiliates, I was left with no choice other then to file this counter lawsuit.

I, as well as my legal defense team, are very confident in our position and will take whatever steps necessary to protect our company.

Consider this- We have been in business since 1998 and this is the first lawsuit we have EVER filed. The pattern looks more to us like the opposition is in business TO BE SUED considering the pattern on their side.

After reading the counter suit and seeing the shit that Evan posted on the boards about XXXcash and celebrity cash I would be crapping my pants if I was Evan.

This lady in Florida was awarded 11.3 Million for shit that somone posted about her and her company.
