      Dreamsubmitter - cuz after the initial learning process, the program is a breeze to work and you can use it for just about any kind of submitting (SE/LL/Linkdump/Guestbook/Directory etc..)
      I like the error reports it gives too.

              CS is really good. Great support as well. Unless you want to submit to other things as mentioned above CS is the way to go. It does everything you need and is WAAAAY easier than DS.
