That's EXACTLY what happened to me when I promoted them.

I asked for payment twice, they said they were sorry for not sending before and was going to do it ASAP.

When I asked for the 3rd time, since they were 2 months late, 12clicks told me: "you are just too much trouble to handle, we don't want your traffic anymore so stop promoting us, and I'll never pay you a dime"...
