I am looking for someone who can turn a couple of psd files into a full blown website, and create/implement gui's into scripts.

I don't mean dirt cheap.. I'm just not looking to spend $75/hour, this work is very straight forward. All planned out just need someone who can actually finish something.

I guess you guys aren't too familiar with the market ;)
$75 an hour for low skilled jobs such as CSS/XHTML/basic php templating does not happen very frequently. Sure you guys will give examples of where this may have happened.. that's great I'm glad you guys can make that kind of cash.. but based on the ICQ's I have gotten in the past 15 minutes, there certainly are people who will work for cheaper.

Not sure what post you guys are reading.. but I can't seem to find where I wrote "skilled" or "experienced" anywhere.. I am not looking for bill gates here.. I could do the work my self but I am too busy.

The skills needed to do this can be taught in less than 2 weeks to a complete idiot.
