hey what is a good bulk mailer so i can notify all my contacts that i am gonna install spamarrest ... something that tests for dead emails and less likely that it will go into my contacts junk folder ...

for those of you who know me, sorry i gotta use this shit, im getting bombarded with spam i cant stand it anymore. any advice on spamarrest welcome ive never used it b4

you shouldn't need spamarrest really. spam assassin took my spam from 250 per day plus to like 5.

checkin it out ... is it a retarded idea to bulk mail my contacts though to let them know about this? (im also trying to weed out 5 years of contacts) thats why im looking for a good bulk mailer that wont shoot every mail i send into junk folder

also a good way to nix a lot of spam you're getting is to not allow 'catch-all' type addresses, only allowing certain aliases per domain.
