I broke up with my Psychiatrist
He doesnt know it yet.... i aint going back to him
All he did was prescribe me shit after shit after shit and so on... I am almost off all the meds .... Carefull in seeing a shrink... all you are to em is a customer -JDL |

I'm just curious, because, I deal with the daily taxes of life ( sans pills [ red wine's been my vice ] ) -- how'd you get hooked up into the psychiatric / pill popping genre?
-- Edit: Is it an East Coast thing? I came from northern caly to Denver for college and dormed with a bunch of east-coast boarding school kids. They were all on ritalin and whatnot. Is this a normal east-coast child upbringing?

You know.. when I worked for a Psychiatrist.. they got kickbacks.. AND I MEAN BIG KICKBACKS for giving out certain drugs to patients..
Such as Zoloft, Ritalin and so on... They gave free trips to Cancun, Jamaica.. all over the world... for giving these drugs out.

Yup same story here.
I have and have had mild agoraphobia with panic disorder coupled with manic depression for eight+ years. Every time I go to a therapist they just start prescribing shit. I will not take any meds but they won't listen so I just stop going. |
