Discuss what's fucking going on, and which programs are best and worst. One-time "program" announcements from "established" webmasters are allowed.

back at the Venetian......

http://winetalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3581
lots and lots of memories and some of you were on my mind.

We walked from Aladdin to the Venetian for breakfast, sat at the outside smoking section, at the table where we had breakfasts with lots of folks, I made numerous deals with lots of webmasters and inadvertantly my favorite line from Kill Bill II came up in the conversation:
Quote:
BUDD: So, which "R" you filled with?
ELLE: What?

BUDD: They say the number one killer of old people is retirement. People got'em a job to do, they tend to live a little longer so they can do it. I've always figured warriors and their enemies share the same relationship. So now you ain't gonna hafta face your enemy on the battlefield no more, which "R" are you filled with, Relief or Regret?

ELLE: A little bit of both.

BUDD: Bullshit. I'm sure you do feel a little bit of both. But I know damn well you feel one more than you feel the other. The question was which one?

ELLE: Regret.
I thought what would have happened if Yishai's show was going 'til today.
Yeap, I'd probably had a few more bucks at the expense of:
life glued to the cell phone,
servers babysitting,
cheaters hunting,
no trips,
no life,
no wine.

and my answer was very different:
Both, but RELIEF is bigger than Regret.

We walked to Canaletto Italian Restaurant where Yishai was holding parties for webmasters, and I paid silent tribute to the man and the good days which like everything good in this life come to the end.
