Longest recurring member?
Look at your active member lists. How long is the longest monthly recurring member you have?
Looking at ours, we've got one dating back to April 24, 2004 for Adulttv.com Should we contact him and see if he's still alive? ;) |

This member was actually flagged to see what was up because he was rejoining. His cc had expired after 4 years and he was trying to come back
With a member who's paying for that long, we check all the time to see what kind of activity they have going on in the members area. If they just don't look at their bank statements and they're recurring because of that, we contact them and let them know.  |
