Anyway.... today I saw yet another short dude (5'6") at the gym today.

He was doing like 2 reps at his max weight, only doing bench press and preacher curls.

The faggot was screaming after every rep, and dropping his barbell with a loud THUD.

Then he asked this skinny gym instructor chick (she was maybe 90 lbs or so) to spot him.

"Excuse me miss. I want to do my maximum weight. Can you spot me?"
