For what it's worth - I got friends flying out here almost every .. 6-8 weeks and spending a couple of weeks here and back to the EU again. They can't stay away from the place - and want to move here permanently.

What exactlly are you looking for in a project manager? Are you talking about programing being you're asking for a senior programmer?

The Project Manager would still need to be fluent in PHP/MySQL yes, to efficiently manage the team. The team will not have much respect if they all feel they know more than you yet you are telling them what to do :winkwink:

The Senior Programmer is for someone who can code but may not have the people skills or desire to manage. Thus their job would consist of strictly coding.
