Im looking for an email program that will easily insert canned responses to common questions. Example would be if someone requests to cancel their account, I could just 'insert' a canned (template response)

Why not use autoresponders:

[email protected] would return Your account has been marked for cancelation

[email protected] would return Pay you bill slacker

etc etc etc

well the cancel account was just an example, I get a lot of the same questions all the time and have text files at the moment, but was looking for something that will streamline this process a bit.

Eudora supports canned respones... pretty easy to setup, even easier to use.
