I doubt you will be finding many takers on this... Unless you are willing to pay a fee to the provider for each user, which would be expensive even with cheap content. Also, is it really a good idea for all the sites on a host to have the same content. The viewers aren't *that* stupid. Getting them a discount with a good large provider might make more sense and make them just as happy.
