Well first trust me on this.
Open up note pad and write out your questions and answers. Ok leave it open. Start a thread. Fill out title, fill in body. Scroll down and you will see post poll options. Now is when that note pad thing comes in. After you select the poll info, you need to submit new thread. The thread will appear while you are prompted to fill on the poll info. (hence the replies about no poll etc) so copy, paste away. and walla.
