they can but mostly aren't. as a whole, LLs get much better quality traffic (from SEs).

and if you're not ever-so new, you shouldn't need to ask for others' experiences, 'cause you'll be doing your own thing & it won't matter.

with tgps being alot harsher with their rules then ever before it makes it more difficult to sell the surfer

linklists tend to allow very aggressive sell tactics that generate way better ct ratios and if your good, better signup ratios

the way things are at the moment, unless you have alot of time are very good with the search engines and have friends at DMOZ i would just promote on tgps

for example..
from some recent tests:

i made 2 lesbian freesites and got them listed on all the best link lists.. pk, tommys, greenguy, richards etc.

from these 2 sites i gained 11 signups in the first few weeks and have had a few more since. this is of course not bad money but the sites were very well designed and converted at 1:30 and better. the distinct problem u face with link lists is they limit the number of sites they will list for you... eg pk limits to 2 and she sends by far the best traffic imho

from my average tgp gallerie i get atleast 10-20 signups and with templates and a decent hand submitter this takes very little time

so as you can see tgp is way more profitable and less time consuming

but -- never forget avs sites, use your tgp content to build hundreds, they are gold

set yourself targets.. 10standard and 1premium after 1 month.. double it next month and again then treble it when u have a decent cashflow and buy alot more premium sites

im not a good writer but i hope this helped you out a bit
