I saw it on my Philippine cable's CSPAN feed. Scalia, agree with him or not, is simply brilliant, pugnacious, and takes no prisoners. I'm still uncomfortable with the whole notion of "original intent". Be that as it may, the guy can hold his own regardless of how hard he gets hit |
