the demo is 900mb, and the full is over 8 gigs.

You guys need to give up on that one and get X-plane.... 60 gigs. Totally amazing level of realism (to the point where the simulator version is acceptable with the FAA for flight time for some issues).

jacked, it includes weather updates (real weather, not some bullshit deal... I tried to land a 747 in buffalo during the snowstorm... I failed
The air traffic control on there is just about perfect, and everything is right down to the directions of the taxiways and the runoff areas... you can check flypfc.com to see the simulator version. |

I have xplane on it's way to me, I have been playing around with the demo which is still off the hook real. Total real time, you can sync it up to your computer time and everything will match your current location, weather, the whole nine yards. The autopilots seem pretty accurate, and all of the guidance beacons and stuff are just about perfect... I tested a real flight plan in there and it is perfect end to end.
The only thing I have seen wrong so far is the frequencies for the radios aren't exactly right for all places, but when I get the full version in I will see if that updates correctly. 60 gigs much of which is scenery... the night flying is just amazing! |
