First I would like to truely apologize to Paul I miss read the post ..

Tender I have contacted you several times and you are making this sound like you did 1000's of galleries and never got a dime.. I sent you 1000's 1000's of dollars for your work. There were also several times that the date the galleries were due you did not make the deadline and I had to do the galleries.. You would then get the galleries done so there would be duplicate galleries that i never paid for, but you still charged me even though they were past the deadline...



Ok lets talk about what happened here.. I asked you if you could do a paysite for sterlingcash for In Bed With Juliet .. I even did all the extractions for you and asked you to start a logo... It took you well over a month to get this logo and a partial to me and The Client backed out of the project.. You would come on icq were you were so sorry for the time it was taking you to this project..
The tour was not even close to finished and why would you even think you would get paid for what you sent 3 months after the client backed out !!

There are even a few occasions where my clients would come to me because you had been paid for work and they had not seen much results from you ... You would me and ask me not to tell them you were online ( Bikini Guy ) And I ended up doing the entire paysite in one weekend cause he needed it ...

There are soo many other people you have done galleries for and because you do act very childish you didn't get paid for LOTS of galleries .. And what did I do to help you? .. I contacted clients and sold the galleries for you so you were not out that money on your work .. And these were not contracted thru me it was your deal... But again I reached out to help you like i did 100's of times in the past..Whether to help sell your work or to spend HOURS every night on ICQ talking you down when you were drunk and incredibly depressed. I had things I needed to do, but I felt I had to put it aside because of the things you were saying about yourself and your life. I won't go any deeper in it than that.

You have already said that you were paying me for the hosting, etc. You also have never tried to work out anything about that for us to come to a final price. The amount you say you are owed seems to change every other day.
Some of the emails you sent me I couldn't even make heads or tales of because you were so drunk that it wasn't even English. Threatening to post my bank account?? The account number I gave you is completely real. Bikini guy had a problem sending money to the account. MrNiceGuy had problems as well. My account wouldn't send international wires to you for some reason. You can say it's a false account all you want because that is a complete lie.

This is the last time I am posting in this thread to you. The purpose of this thread was for me to come into it. I have done that. It has not been 9 months since you have gotten paid. I've sent you several payments inbetween when we stopped working together and now. You'll be recieving an email from me shortly.

Is Zuzana Deisgns a design company, an outsource company or both? It sounds like a good amount of work is being outsourced.

Seems Zuzanna spends more time telling these people she owes money reasons she shouldn't have to settle the bill then she does settling the bills. I've never hired her company, so have no first hand knowledge of how she works, but her public defense strategy really needs work.

Some companies do that so they can get more work in. We don't. We do everything ourselves. It's the choice of making more and selling to others... or making less, over time, but having consistency and quality to the work....

all i suggested is that you never said "i dont owe you $XXX" it sounded more like you were saying "i owe you but these are all the reasons i havent paid you"

if someone claimed i owed them money... and i did not... i would just come out and say "i dont owe you shit!"

you should leave all the personal shit out of it...
1. i owe you and youll get paid as soon as X happens
2. i dont owe you and you'll never extort money from me

Zuzana, you aren't dealing with this very well.. my suggestions is to get in touch with tenderobject and make some kind of arrangement. 9 months is WAY beyond acceptable, and the more these kind of posts happen, the more business you lose. Makng excuses is defintiely not an acceptable way to deal with the situations.

I don't know you, but from all the dealings I have had with people from that country, I am going to say your story sounds pretty credible. I too have had prices changed on me...I have made orders that were never filled, where I had to go to someone else to do them...and then a month after the project is DONE and up (by someone else), them coming to me with the work and expecting to be paid.

It seems like they take on way too much work. The average wage in the phillipines is about $250 a month...these guys get greedy, take on more work than they can handle...and postpone and postpone...and people end up cancelling...but when they don't have much work..they will go back and do your cancelled jobs and expect to get paid.

Constant excuses "my monitor died, and I need to buy a new one but I don't have the money"...a guy that is making 10 times the average wage in his country, can't afford to replace a monitor....but in realtiy, you know his monitor is probably just fine...he is just trying to get you to buy him one.

Then there is the constant items they want you to send them because they are not available in thier country...and then the talks beging about how they would love to live in the US....and in the end you know that is what they want. A free ride to the land of opportunity.

So if I order something from Zuzana, chances are she didnt even design it but simply has other people do the work... lol.. this thread is funny and shows a lot of behind the scenes. hehe

ok.. im kinda pissed off. you sent me icq messages a few days ago to contact you via icq or emails. used 2 emails to contact you. i sent a couple of messages on icq but still you haven't reached me. this is bullshit! since you are bumping your toon sale on sell and buy forum then after 3 mins i posted still no answer? i know you are online and you just keep on ignoring 1000$+ you owe us from the gallery designs we worked for you for a couple of months for ragecash. kindly fix this shit!!! im tired of your promises! i keep on getting " I have not forgotten about you" of course you woundn't want to. you know why..
