There are two sides to every story. You didn't tell everyone about the free hosting for months and months on end, the domain names I bought for you, the ebay items I bought for you, the submitting you got because of me. The nights after nights I had to talk you out of suicide when you were drunk out of your mind. That you quoted me a price of 10$ and then invoiced me for 17$once you were finished. That you had tons of errors and weren't around to fix them so I had to fix your mistakes and then you tried to overcharge me for them. That I wrote blog entries for you because your english was bad- the site design I had to refund money on and looked bad in front of a client because you couldn't meet a deadline and kept putting me off and ignoring me and then never finished the design. That I tried to help you sell galleries that you made for a sponsor, but they didn't want to deal with you because you wrote them everyday looking for your money. That I referred you to clients and backed you up when you needed it and got you business because of it. That's why you called me mom, because I took care of you in more ways than I should have.

sure it sounds like some $$ may need to come off of that for one reson or another... but a lot of the things you claim to have done sound like you did them because you wanted to. not for trade off on money owed for work.

Zuzana, you aren't dealing with this very well.. my suggestions is to get in touch with tenderobject and make some kind of arrangement. 9 months is WAY beyond acceptable, and the more these kind of posts happen, the more business you lose. Makng excuses is defintiely not an acceptable way to deal with the situations.

that was i noticed as well. it sounds like she doesn't owe me money becuase she send us a couple of work... it doesn't mean that she doesn't have to pay what she owe us.. it sounds childish really. if i knew this would happen why would we need to spend a lot of time to design for her and in the end she won't pay us becuase she send us clients lol. kinda retard for me. the deal was this "lets do galleries for ragecash and i will pay you for that" not like "lets do galleries for ragecash and i will not pay you for this co's i sent you clients" something is bullshit here.. what i really wanted is to fix this problem. sarah should pay me then i will shut up. thats it. but i think she doesn't have a plan to do so co's i have never heard from her again...

anyways, just to clear something we made a lot of work for her. i mentioned the programs/cleints weve worked before. we worked as a team in those project not us being slave by her. we made hundreds of galleries for her especially on the ragecash galls.. she told me to do the galls leave a space for desc desc cos she will do that part. we design then she will put the text ads and deliver it to ragecash. thats it. 1000$+ isn't a big chunk of money for a lot of people here but its not the money the priciple and hardwork we did for her is priceless.

if you want to fix this you shoud have had contacted me about this. not send me promises and a hoax bank account!!!

every phillipine person i have dealt with had so many friggen real life problems they wanted to me to fix, buy, finance or councel on that I actually stopped dealing with them. When I want someone to do a design, that is all I want, I don't want a life story, I don't want to send you stuff, hear about the flash flood, fire, or whatever that swept away your great aunt twice removed.

First I would like to truely apologize to Paul I miss read the post ..

Tender I have contacted you several times and you are making this sound like you did 1000's of galleries and never got a dime.. I sent you 1000's 1000's of dollars for your work. There were also several times that the date the galleries were due you did not make the deadline and I had to do the galleries.. You would then get the galleries done so there would be duplicate galleries that i never paid for, but you still charged me even though they were past the deadline...

Ok lets talk about what happened here.. I asked you if you could do a paysite for sterlingcash for In Bed With Juliet .. I even did all the extractions for you and asked you to start a logo... It took you well over a month to get this logo and a partial to me and The Client backed out of the project.. You would come on icq were you were so sorry for the time it was taking you to this project..
The tour was not even close to finished and why would you even think you would get paid for what you sent 3 months after the client backed out !!

There are even a few occasions where my clients would come to me because you had been paid for work and they had not seen much results from you ... You would me and ask me not to tell them you were online ( Bikini Guy ) And I ended up doing the entire paysite in one weekend cause he needed it ...

There are soo many other people you have done galleries for and because you do act very childish you didn't get paid for LOTS of galleries .. And what did I do to help you? .. I contacted clients and sold the galleries for you so you were not out that money on your work .. And these were not contracted thru me it was your deal... But again I reached out to help you like i did 100's of times in the past..Whether to help sell your work or to spend HOURS every night on ICQ talking you down when you were drunk and incredibly depressed. I had things I needed to do, but I felt I had to put it aside because of the things you were saying about yourself and your life. I won't go any deeper in it than that.

You have already said that you were paying me for the hosting, etc. You also have never tried to work out anything about that for us to come to a final price. The amount you say you are owed seems to change every other day.
Some of the emails you sent me I couldn't even make heads or tales of because you were so drunk that it wasn't even English. Threatening to post my bank account?? The account number I gave you is completely real. Bikini guy had a problem sending money to the account. MrNiceGuy had problems as well. My account wouldn't send international wires to you for some reason. You can say it's a false account all you want because that is a complete lie.

This is the last time I am posting in this thread to you. The purpose of this thread was for me to come into it. I have done that. It has not been 9 months since you have gotten paid. I've sent you several payments inbetween when we stopped working together and now. You'll be recieving an email from me shortly.

To anyone else coming to their own conclusions about this thread, that is your right. But things go much further below the surface than what you'll read here.
