The 960GB figure is right if you ALWAYS use 3mbps the whole time and never go over it, which never happens. Depends on your traffic and the size of your peaks but it should be around 600-750GB / month (that is if you peak at 3mbps, if you peak lower it will mean less obviously)..

Yeah, around 900-1000 GB if you are billed at "average". But if you are billed at 95th percentile, how do you compute a realistic GB figure?
