    IBILL Reps

I been with ibill about 3 years, every so often i get an email introducing me to my new account rep, seems i get these emails every 4-5 months.. Is there a burnrate at ibill with reps? I dont think there is a rep working there that has been there longer then 2 years.

Looks like ibill will be adding some new features to there 900 billing.

    Hello Mike,

I have recently been assigned as your National Account Manager with iBill.
I just wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself and to inform you
of some new developments, as well as our quality customer service
    initiatives:

*Web 900 Recurring Billing option-US Clients, allows for membership on-
going billing to your customer's telephone.

*NextGeneration CMI Reporting-quicker, more flexible reporting for managing
    your business.

*State of the Art International Service Center-Multilingual, Quality
    control,
    reduces charge-backs.

*iBill on Demand-a video content delivery service featuring digital rights
    management.

Please contact me to discuss how iBill can help your enterprise grow and
    retain clients.

The Ibill premium department reps have just changed considerably. When I called them up, the directory to call had grown from 4 to 9 names, only 1 I recognized...

that web900 recurring option is interesting indeed.

            A BOT....now that's not very nice.

OUr turn over rate with sales/support reps is fairly low. We have been hiring additional reps to provide better support.

You should be spending that money on PR. Ibill is not very well liked lately by a lot of webmasters

I love iBill, you fucking dungeon monkey.
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
