Anyone know how to bypass passwaord on Windows startup page?

My buddies ex girlfriend put a password on his computer so at Windows startup he needs it but she wont give it to him. Anyone know how to bypass this or hack around it so he can get in?

Do a search in google, there's a simple program where you can reset the windows password to one of your own choice.
Unfortunately I don't remember the name anymore as a few years went by since I've used it the last time

I've used this tool a few times over the last few years, so fast and easy.

here's what to do when you forgot the pass on your PC's "no software needed"...

just simply, start windows on safe mode (press F8 before the windows loading screen appears).
when it's finished loading, the default user "administration" apear choose it.
then go to control panel -> user accounts -> change or delete password. then finally restart windows normally.
