                                                Ok, first things first... I dont have any text anywhere on the site, that is the same color as the BG. If I do, show me, and it will be fixed.

                                                I got an email saying to SEND US ALL YOUR TRAFFIC, which is what I did with the POPUP, and even told RAM about it. Since I couldnt tell the ratios, I thought everything was ok!

                                                As for text links under pics, I used the ones i found on "AMATUER Money" pages. It said they were all acceptable, so I chose them. Didnt realize it was unacceptable.

                                                The "console" that opens when an AP link is clicked, opens is an EXIT pop, so it opens anytime my site is left, or a link is clicked. I guess I didnt read the rules carefully, as I didnt realize I wasnt allowed to have an EXIT pop for regular site traffic.

                                                I have spoken numerous times over email with RAM, and he instructed me what to fix, and I did. The next email i got from him, I was thanked for doing so. Since then, I have gotten ZERO emails from RAM or LENSMAN telling me what is wrong with my page, so how am I supposed to know?


                                                As for stealing your content and using it on my site, I am an affiliate, and affiliates are allowed to use the content. right? If not, the 3 galleries I have are stolen as well.

                                                LENSMAN, this is a very shitty way to do business, to bash me like this, without a proper email to me, giving reason for not paying, or telling me"fix the screw-ups"!

                                                I, wish to do great business with you, and like I said, I have told RAM in several emails, that I was useing the POP, and gotten either no response, or responses here on this board saying its fine as long as your in ratio!

                                                                                            I accidently violated 1 of the rules a while back. RAM contacted me to make the fix. I did... and I'll tell you what... EVERY TIME I POST ANYTHING that has to do with AP, I fucking read the rules.

                                                                                            You were given a chance obviously, just admit that you fucked up and you tried to screw them. You didnt violate 1 or 2 rules AFTER BEING WARNED.. but 5.

                                                                                                Actually guys, RAM contacted me, and asked me to fix the "target=" links, and that I resized pics to a size they didnt like. Those are the 2 things I was warned about, and got the email to prove it. I fixed what I was asked to fix, and got another email thanking me for doing so.

Some say that it's legit because it's not them, but their sponsor who is responsible (therefore, if their sponsor is doing it illegally, the webmaster isn't in the wrong, since he got the banner from the sponsor). Hmm.... I don't really think that's the way it goes...

                                                                                                                                            Regarding my 'cheating' (cloaking the account number off of the URL) - I have cleared this up with the folks at A.P. over 2 or 3 years ago... it is okay.

                                                                                                                                            Just think about it: The banners are linking to A.P. with text links such as "500 Free Pics". If you have a URL with an account number, then you are indicating (to any smart surfer) that you are sending them to a pay site. If A.Pages wanted everyone to think they were going to a pay site right off the bat, they would not want us to say 'Free Pics' in the text below the banner.

                                                                                                                                            Please Note that I am still indicating that the surfer is going to A.P. - I am not fooling them in any way. If I told them they were going to some other page like 'freepics.com' - then YES, I would be cheating - but I am NOT. There is a huge difference between the two.
