He's using text links from the text link program, but he's using a regular AP linking code.
He's using javascript to disable the status bar in the console, so right clicking does not show your link.
He's popping your link in a console.
He's also popping a console when your link is clicked on his main page.

Multiple banners/pic ads are being used without the accompanying "legal" text links under them, approved by amateur pages. Or they are the same color as the BG.

Is the site illegal?, the basis of it is non-adult, revolving around bikini's and thongs, with no warning that it has nudity...
The unlicensed britney spears pics and other celebs there are also a no-no.
He's also trading with a bunch of foreign webmasters, who most likely have a large foreign traffic basis, I doubt if much of that is US.
