The niche is rare!
The guys that join LOVE IT
I even go as far as keeping it totally different in many ways to help retain members. Such as chatting with them on yahoo,cell etc.....
What more do i need to attract some of the bigger Affiliates?

I am trying to understand how this works as far as being "hooked up" with some really big traffic guys, what does a girl have to do.??

Well, let me tell ya. I clicked on your webmaster page and decided to go to the root directory, www.debsdeepthroat.com, and I clicked the Enter link, and it had a bunch of popups that google toolbar blocked, then it went to a site where it expected me to earn my degree. Where is the porn?

I'm not going to spend time with it, but I'd say it's a "run once" sort of thing, a "geoip error", a random error, a server hiccup, or an act of god. heh.
Seriously, I pay a lot for my traffic (time/money) and I do decent sales and I look for a new good converting site now and then rarely, but man it's gotta be top notch, 100% perfect perfect perfect or there is no way I'm changing or adding links.

Hmm no shit, I'll find that thread full of removal instructions then. I keep this machine as clean as possible with active adware and virus scanning too. I dont surf with it much at all, and 99% of the time with firefox except for a few message boards.

But yes, that link is showing as a "visited" link, so I dont even need to click it to confirm.

I actually prefer ccbill for small / solo / high risk type sites as opposed to NATs. At least until NATs comes out with their update that will allow programs to use NATs but still keep out ccbill programs merged together and get the cheques from ccbill. So I wouldn't change to NATs at this point.

There's 2 things I would want.

1. At least 60%. I doubt you're going to attract big traffic guys who are getting $30 PPS. You need to sweeten the pot for them.

2. The FHGs need to have the code embeded in them instead of using the ccbill redirects. The way you have it, every gallery hit will get counted at ccbill which makes it impossible to monitor conversions. I'll try and remember to hit you up on ICQ tomorrow to send you some info on how to do this.

You probably need more FHGs. I tend to want 30+ at least, so in your case, that would be 30+ movie and 30+ picture galleries.

I didn't look at what content you have available but more of that is always a plus. And also consider what is needed. i.e. for gallery submitters, they're going to need at least 15 pics in a series. For free site builders they need 20, and if they submit to places like persian kitty, then 30.

If you want affiliates to invest time in marketing your site, then you need to supply them with all the material they'd need.

If the site converts that well and drives decent amounts of traffic why do you need to up the %?

Seriously they could earn more on a site that pays less, if it converts better.

Deb have you got yourself onto all the good review sites? Great source of traffic, affiliates and not trouble as these guys know what they are doing.

Well its just that i have had mysite since 2000....Its always been very easy to make money with this niche, its different and real. So in the past year or so i have tried to learn things like better marketing and concentrating on affiliates more. I see people talking about conversions of 1:300...1:200 and i think wow, I am getting WAY better than that. I dunno, i guess its the ole....if i am doing this many signups on 1000 uniques a day then what would 5000 or 10,000 be doing.
