$1500/month cogent only dell 1850, dual 3.0 xeon 2gb ram 2x73gb scsi raid1.

My premium bw would run around 3300/month for l3/at&t/sav/glbx.

Tiscali is a good provder, i've used their bw before and its pretty good even here in the states. Hela cheap too.

Tiscali bw can be had for the $5-8 range as a provider unless your getting 100+mbps they wont talk to you.
