They are the ones conspiracing people(the sheep) to get them to their websites then to click google adense ads through a hot topic, and therefore its a conspiracy theory by google to conspire the conspiracy theorist, to conspire the people that the governemnt was at fault!!!
google do no evil??????   was adsense even created in 2001?
