i threten program owners to stop promoting their site if they dont give me a raise in pay sometimes. i wouldnt exactly call that forcing them. forcing them would be if i hacked their admin and changed my payout.

i dont see how this is any different.

nice catch. funny how they contradict themselves. they say she was forced, then they said he gave her the choice of doing it or leaving.

Does that work? I would think most sites would not pay more since they have so many people that are affiliates and get new ones all the time.

Brooke Skye = Mayor's Money. Do you honesty think that Mayor is using low end lawyers for this?

I'm thinking that the lack of replies from the MM crew in this thread is an indication that something a bit bigger is under way. :2 cents:

Forced? No

I just got done reading the entire suit on pacer and its a joke, no way she is going to win.

Where's the video?

Using the analogy of rape to relate to this situation is irresponsible. I must have watched a different video, because I never saw her say "no", in fact she seemed to be smiling and giggling most of the time.

For everyone spouting, "There's no way she'll win"...

It's time once again to consider the candidates for the annual Stella Awards. The Stella's are named after 81-year-old Stella Liebeck who spilled coffee on herself and successfully sued McDonalds. That case inspired the Stella Awards for the most frivolous successful lawsuits in the United States.

The following are this year's candidates:

1. Kara Walton of Claymont, Delaware, successfully sued the owner of a nightclub in a neighboring city when she fell from the bathroom window to the floor and knocked out her two front teeth. This occurred while Ms. Walton was trying to sneak through the window in the ladies room to avoid paying the $3.50 cover charge. She was awarded $12,000 and dental expenses.

2. Jerry Williams of Little Rock, Arkansas, was awarded $14,500 and medical expenses after being bitten on the buttocks by his next-door neighbor's beagle. The beagle was on a chain in its owner's fenced yard. The award was less than sought because the jury felt the dog might have been just a little provoked at the time by Mr. Williams who was shooting it repeatedly with a pellet gun.

3. A 19-year-old Carl Truman of Los Angeles won $74,000 and medical expenses when his neighbor ran over his hand with a Honda Accord. Mr. Truman apparently didn't notice there was someone at the wheel of the car when he was trying to steal his neighbor's hub caps.

4. A. Philadelphia restaurant was ordered to pay Amber Carson of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, $113,500 a! after she slipped on a soft drink spill and broke her coccyx (tailbone). The beverage was on the floor because Ms. Carson had thrown it at her boyfriend 30 seconds earlier during an argument.

5. Terrence Dickson of Bristol, Pennsylvania, was leaving a house he had just finished robbing by way of the garage. He was not able to get the garage door to go up since the automatic door opener was malfunctioning. He couldn't reenter the house because the door connecting the house and garage locked when he pulled it shut. The family was on vacation, and Mr. Dickson found himself locked in the garage for eight days. He subsisted on a case of Pepsi he found and a large bag of dry dog food. He sued the homeowner's insurance claiming the situation caused him undue mental anguish. The jury agreed to the tune of $500,000.

6. A jury of her peers awarded Kathleen Robertson of Austin, Texas, $780,000 after breaking her ankle by tripping over a toddler who was running inside a furniture store. The owners of the store were understandably surprised at the verdict, considering the misbehaving little toddler was Ms. Robertson's son.

7. This year's favorite could easily be Mr. Merv Grazinski of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Mr. Grazinski purchased a brand new 32-foot Winnebago motor home. On his first trip home, having driven onto the freeway, he set the cruise control at 70 mph and calmly left the drivers seat to go into the back and make himself a cup of coffee. Not surprisingly, the R.V. left the freeway, crashed and overturned. Mr. Grazinski sued Winnebago for not advising him in the owner's manual that he couldn't actually do this. The jury awarded him $1,750,000 plus a new motor home. The company actually changed their manuals on the basis of this suit, just in case there were any other complete morons buying their recreation vehicles.

Disclaimer:

I did not link the above because I think this particular lawsuit is frivolous because, in fact, I do not. The lack of accountability on the part of producers as it pertains to the models they profit on is a problem in this industry.

suing for 15k because you were raped makes a lot of sense.

and Aaron... you need to read up on the law. there are many states which have sexual assault laws that accept that "no" means "maybe" for exact reasons like this video where she was laughingly saying "no" on a couple occasions but willingly carried on.

like this girl or mayor or anyone else all you want... but this is the dumbest attempt at litigation ever. if you were sexually assaulted, why not call the police and report it?

... oh. i have an idea why.... possibly because they would look at everything and say "uh... fuck off and stop wasting our time" and which point the prosecutor might step in, review things and say "fuck off and stop wasting our time"

right. she clearly said "no". that can't be disputed. then she kept laughing, kept playing around and being playful, kept getting fucked, stood up and bent over and asked for it some more. soo..... whether or not she said "no" or not is irrevelant, particularly when you watch the video in its entirety and see it in its proper context.

you guys are continuing to argue that a felony sexual assault took place and that nothing could be done about it. she is just a dumb girl that walked into a studio and got raped for... uhm... what? 30 minutes while being interviewed at the same time? oddly, the only ones who felt she was sexually assualted are the ones who did not profit from the footage.

i'm fairly sure you have an obligation to report this serious crime the local authorities.

I just had deleted the video last week, wish I hadn't. I did watch the whole thing and I did see her say NO more than once and shake her head NO. IMO the "laughing" was more of being very uncomfortable laughing. Like some people laugh when they get nervous or such. I'm glad she's doing this, don't know if she'll win or not but at least she's standing up for her self as she must feel she was violated. You also must know that every guy in the room was pushing her to "Just" do it, kinda like put up and shut up IMO.

:(

being that a brain is mostly water and fat, you clearly have an advantage over me, so i am not going to try to match wits with you. the fact is that you were making all those arguments in the other thread along with your long diatribes about how to treat models etc. you remember.. the it was the thread that started out as "fuck those guys, they ripped me off and i couldn't get any decent footage, so lets hurt their business" -- and a few days later turned into a weak hindsight argument of "oh uhmm... yeah... er... she was raped".

As a man who has been an active poster on GFY for almost 5 years now, I still can not decide if most GFYers never get laid or if they all bang supermodels.

What I saw in that video was fucked up and there is no way your explanation would justify the way Brooke was treated during that show. :2 cents:
