both of these videos are short from the kerry-bush debate the first one everyone has probably seen a million times , but i keep thinking about it.. Doesn't seem human

yah geo-flash over flash you just slap in the name of the youtube video you want displayed , some text for the flash overlay a link and keywords for the google ads you want displayed into the link and whamo. great way to monetize displaying a youtube video woithout having to create a page just for that video
