          As we've seen, OPEC has very little control on the real oil prices. They won't go up until after the US election in November. Then within 6 weeks they'll be back to the PNAC norm.

              The US buys more oil from Canada than any other single source.
              No hurricane damage yet to production facilities in the USA.
              Chevron discovers new rich deposit of oil deep beneath the sea in the Gulf of Mexico.
              Oil stocks and commodities falling back down slowly losing their recent gains.

              Now you have an appreciation for a few more of the factors.
