How do you organize your affil programs?
I've just got mine all written down in a notebook. Program website, affil link, login, password, sites etc. I'm trying to think of an easier way. I was thinking of using excel or something. Is there something better?

I use bookmarks in firefox.. have all my passwords saved in the remember password featured. I have them sorted by active and inactive... and within the inactive subfolder I have a separator that separates sponsors I've signed and not pushed or not a paid a sale on and never pushed and those that have a little money in it that i no longer push. Also in active folder I have them sorted by main sponsor to lesser sponsor. I.e. ccbill first, moviedollars second and so on...And the last sponsor is Wildcash lol.

It would be nice to be able to organize all the affiliate programs.. and then have a sub pulldown sort of thing that lists their sites, organizes them by category, niche, etc. Put a photo of each solo girl for reference etc.

It is unwise to store your logins in a file on your computer. Keeping that info on hardcopy is safest.

Everything is in excel.
Sorted by niche, name, individual site. Color coded for active, inactive, dropped, ready to try, out of business, etc. Monitors last payment, traffic sent, ppc, monthly total, yearly total, full total, and more. Shows where I am sending traffic from, type of traffic, if I paid for it and so forth. I am a spreadsheet whore.

Hmmm... Maybe I should setup a list like that. The only one I got right now is the list of programs in Statsremote. :S

I do have some other templates but those are mostly for paysite crapola. On my desktop and not my laptop though, which I am currently on.

It just dawned on me that people are actually writing stuff down or using third party programs that could vanish at any time. Find it damn odd that spreadsheet templates would not be a common place on webmaster resource sites or whatever. *hint hint, to those that run them.
